What To Expect Upon Your Visit to

ChiroHealth Integrative Wellness

Information for First-Time Patients:

Your first visit to ChiroHealth Integrative Wellness will last approximately one hour. Dr. Kimberly Kaliebe Sempowicz will get to know you and work to determine the exact cause of your health issue(s). Dr. Kim will perform a thorough examination, consisting of, but not limited to:

Comprehensive Medical History;
Full Functional Examination;
Soft Tissue Evaluation;
Neurological Testing;
Orthopedic Assessment.

Once Dr. Kim has processed all of your results, you will receive a detailed explanation of all findings and their importance, as well as how they will dictate your treatment protocol, as each case and presentation is different and treatment options are individually chosen. You’ll receive an explanation of what you can expect regarding your recovery, and short and long-term goals will be discussed, along with any other questions that you may have.

Follow-Up and Continuing Visits:

Follow up visits to ChiroHealth Integrative Wellness will last approximately 30 minutes. Depending on what your health concern is, Dr. Kim will consult with you regarding those health issue(s).

ChiroHealth Integrative Wellness is a cash-based practice. Health insurance and Medicare are not accepted at this time.

Our practice offers great pricing and membership packages that allow us to provide you with the quality care you need at a price you can afford. Our rates can even be cheaper than most co-pays.

ChiroHealth Integrative Wellness accepts cash, check and major credit cards such as Discover, Visa and Mastercard. Our office also accepts personal checks and HSA or FSA Cards.
